Our policy is to respond to clear notices of alleged copyright infringement. This page describes the information that should be present in these notices. It’s important to note that providing false or misleading information in the notice may result in civil or criminal liability.

Procedure for Filing a DMCA Notice

If you believe that your copyright has been infringed upon through our hosting services, please provide our designated agent with the following information in writing:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature.
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
  3. Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity and that you request us to remove or disable access to.
  4. Your address, telephone number, and email address.
  5. A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  6. A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.

Counter-Notice Procedure

If you believe that your content was removed in error, you may file a counter-notice with the following information:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature.
  2. Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or access to it was disabled.
  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
  4. Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court for the judicial district in which your address is located, or if your address is outside of the United States, for any judicial district in which the service provider may be found, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided notification of the alleged infringement.

The counter-notice should be sent to our designated DMCA Agent at the address mentioned above.
