These terms describe the use of reimannlabs.com and its free tools, operated by Reimann Labs, LLC in Hatley, Wisconsin. Paid work is governed by a separate written proposal or service agreement. These website terms do not replace that agreement; if they conflict about a paid project, the project agreement controls.

1. Using This Website

You may browse the website and use the Website Planner and Website Checklist for lawful business planning. Do not interfere with the site, attempt unauthorized access, submit spam or malicious code, or use forms to impersonate someone else. We may restrict abusive access to protect the site and its visitors.

Please provide accurate contact information and submit only information you are authorized to share. Do not send passwords, payment-card details, or sensitive records through the inquiry form. Our Privacy Policy explains browser storage, inquiry processing, analytics, and your choices.

2. Planner & Checklist Results

These tools provide general planning guidance based on your selections. The checklist is a self-assessment, not a website crawl, technical audit, accessibility certification, security assessment, or legal opinion. A suggested service, starting price, priority, or summary is a conversation starter, not a binding quote or promise of results.

You can review, copy, print, or share your own summary. Check the details before relying on or sending it. Saving a draft in your browser does not send it to Reimann Labs, reserve a project date, or create a client relationship. The tools require JavaScript; browser settings can affect saved progress and printing.

3. Inquiries & Project Agreements

Sending an inquiry begins a conversation. It does not purchase a service or obligate either party to begin work. We confirm project fit, deliverables, exclusions, responsibilities, revisions, schedule, and price in writing before a project starts.

Our website work covers new builds and complete rebuilds. We do not take over unfinished builds or provide miscellaneous updates to websites we did not build or fully rebuild. Content, photography, video, business email, substantial migration, and custom functionality are separate scope unless the proposal includes them.

Delivery windows depend on the agreed scope, receipt of the required content and deposit, timely feedback, and final approval. A change in scope may require an updated price or schedule agreed before the additional work begins.

4. Pricing & Payment

Published “starting at” prices are minimum investments, not fixed quotes for every project. Any fixed-scope offer applies only to its stated inclusions. The written proposal confirms your final scope and price.

Quoted project prices assume check or ACH. Eligible credit-card payments may include a separately disclosed surcharge of up to 3%, subject to applicable law, processor requirements, and card-network limits. Debit and prepaid cards are not surcharged. Any surcharge is disclosed before payment.

A nonrefundable deposit and agreed content are required before work begins, subject to applicable law. The project agreement states the deposit amount, remaining payment schedule, and cancellation terms. Financing, when offered, requires a separately agreed schedule; it is not automatic.

Third-party services, licenses, premium domains, and other pass-through expenses are included only when stated in the proposal. Qualifying nonprofits and religious institutions may receive the published community discount on website-build labor; it does not apply to management, domains, travel, fees, or third-party costs.

5. Ownership & Ongoing Support

Ownership of approved client-specific website deliverables transfers after full payment, as described in the project agreement and subject to third-party licenses. Reimann Labs retains its reusable systems, pre-existing components, internal tools, and general development knowledge. Third-party software, fonts, services, and media remain subject to their own licenses.

Your domain remains yours, whether held in your account or managed on your behalf. Reasonable transfer or handoff work may be quoted separately. Access is not withheld after contractual obligations have been satisfied.

Website Management is a separate service for websites Reimann Labs builds or fully rebuilds. It covers the published hosting, maintenance, minor-update, and support scope. New pages, major redesigns, substantial content work, and advanced integrations require additional scope. Renewal, cancellation, and transfer arrangements are confirmed in the applicable service agreement.

6. Site Content & Third-Party Links

Reimann Labs website text, design, photographs, and other materials belong to Reimann Labs or their respective owners. You may use the site for evaluation and business planning, but may not reproduce its branded content for commercial distribution without permission. Client names, logos, portfolio work, and other third-party materials remain the property of their owners.

Links to client sites, social profiles, resources, and providers are offered for convenience. We do not control those websites or their availability, content, or privacy practices.

7. Availability & Limits

We aim to keep the website and tools useful and accurate, but they may contain errors or be unavailable during maintenance or technical problems. They are provided on an “as available” basis without a guarantee of uninterrupted access or complete accuracy, to the extent permitted by law.

Website planning and search foundations do not guarantee rankings, traffic, leads, sales, or placement in AI-generated answers. Paid-service commitments and any applicable warranties or liability terms are set out in the written project agreement. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.

8. Updates & Contact

Wisconsin law and applicable United States federal law govern these website terms, subject to any nonwaivable rights under applicable law. We may update these terms as the website changes. The effective date identifies the current version; an update to this page does not amend an existing signed project agreement.
